About the RoleFernet‑Branca, Carpano Antica Formula, and Borghetti are among the most respected brands behind the bar. We’re looking for a Brand Sales Ambassador to own the Boston market, build relationships with influential bartenders and buyers, drive distribution growth, and bring these iconic brands to life through sales, advocacy, and activation.
This role involves significant sales skills as well as brand activation and fostering meaningful relationships within the trade. You will work closely with distributor partners, on‑premise accounts, and trade leaders to expand distribution, secure menu presence, and strengthen brand relevance in the accounts that matter most.
If you understand how great brands win in the on‑premise, know how to navigate the trade, and can translate strategy into execution, this is your lane.
What You’ll Do Drive Commercial Growth- Expand distribution across targeted on‑premise accounts
- Secure menu placements, back bar presence, and featured cocktails
- Support national and regional account mandates to ensure compliance and execution
- Develop strong relationships with bartenders, buyers, and key decision‑makers
- Position Branca USA brands as essential tools behind the bar, not optional adds
- Create emotional connection and advocacy within the trade
- Champion brand standards across accounts including visibility, POS, and drink strategy
- Partner with distributor sales teams and regional leadership to align priorities
- Allocate activation budgets strategically to maximize ROI
- Plan and execute trade‑focused activations, events, and education sessions
- Show up consistently in the right accounts, at the right moments
- Support industry organizations and local hospitality communities
- Track KPIs, distribution gains, and program effectiveness
- Submit weekly reporting and monthly recaps via internal systems
- Use insights to refine strategy with a test, measure, adjust mindset
- Base Salary: $55,000‑$60,000
- Annual Bonus:
Up to $12,000 - Auto Allowance: $4,800 annually
- Communication Allowance: $900 annually

Total target compensation range: $72,000‑$77,000 + benefits
What We’re Looking For- 1–4 years of experience in beverage alcohol (supplier or distributor preferred)
- Strong understanding of the on‑premise trade channel
- Proven ability to influence and build trust with bartenders and account buyers
- Commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales and distribution growth
- Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable owning a market
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and action‑oriented
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as required
- Ability to travel up to 15% within the market
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Work on a portfolio that commands respect in the trade globally
