Job Description
  • Business development tasks including approaching new clients and presenting our technological solutions through demos
  • Approach new clients and present and demo our technological solutions. Our targeted clients: hotels , restaurants, nursing homes, hospitals, schools
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments and continuously improve business development/sales flow through feedback
  • Analyze customer needs, industry trends, sales status, competitor activities and new potentials
  • Recruit and supervise junior sales employees to achieve team performance
Qualifications
  • Prior work experience within the hotel industry is considered s a plus (direct connection with hotel owners preferred)
  • 2-5 year's experience as aBusiness Development or Account Executive
  • Excellent communication and group work skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Diligent and hard-working throughcritical challenges
