We are seeking a high-performing MR Sales Representative to drive new business development and expand client relationships within a fast‑paced, results‑driven staffing environment. This is a sales‑focused role responsible for generating revenue through contract and temporary staffing solutions, building strong client partnerships, and executing a high‑activity, market‑facing business development strategy.
Responsibilities- Drive new business development through networking and in‑person client meetings
- Own and grow a portfolio of clients focused on contract and temporary staffing opportunities
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to client acquisition and account expansion
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to increase market share and revenue
- Maintain consistent activity standards, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure strong candidate delivery and fill rates
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with hiring managers and key decision‑makers
- Maintain a strong market presence through meetings, networking, and business development activity
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services sales
- Proven track record of success in a revenue‑generating, performance‑driven environment
- Strong ability to generate new business and manage client relationships
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, metric‑driven culture
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Strong understanding of contract/temporary staffing models strongly preferred
