Neat is looking for a Regional Sales Director, Small Business to drive top‑line revenue growth through a closed‑loop sales and marketing process. The role focuses on solving problems for today’s Small Business customers and expanding our presence in the region.

- Builds strong, meaningful relationships with customers, partners, and cross‑departmental team members.
- Disciplined and capable of managing complex priorities to achieve sales goals.
- Highly adaptable, able to take on multiple directives to completion.
- Clearly articulates business problems and proposes solutions for customers.
- Competitive drive to lead the leader board while fostering team success.
- Committed to continuous learning.
- Thrives on exploring possibilities in any situation.
- 2+ years in a B2B quota‑carrying sales role.
- Proven hunter with the ability to build territories from the ground up.
- Background in technology sales.
- Experience using modern selling tools for outreach, account intelligence, social selling, chat, CRM, etc.
- Strong executive presence and executive relationship‑building skills.
- Channel/Partnership experience.
- Consistent track record of over‑achieving sales goals.
- Minimum BA/BS level education.
Pay Range: $230k – $275k OTE per year. Eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and unlimited PTO.
