Opportunity

Neat is looking for a Regional Sales Director, Small Business to drive top‑line revenue growth through a closed‑loop sales and marketing process. The role focuses on solving problems for today’s Small Business customers and expanding our presence in the region.

Preferred Experience
  • 2+ years in a B2B quota‑carrying sales role.
  • Proven hunter with the ability to build territories from the ground up.
  • Background in technology sales.
  • Experience using modern selling tools for outreach, account intelligence, social selling, chat, CRM, etc.
  • Strong executive presence and executive relationship‑building skills.
  • Channel/Partnership experience.
  • Consistent track record of over‑achieving sales goals.
  • Minimum BA/BS level education.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $230k – $275k OTE per year. Eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and unlimited PTO.
