Position: Sales Development Representative - Boston (Portuguese Speaking)

Position Summary

Harness is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to generate new opportunities, handle inbound inquiries, and follow up on marketing campaigns to build pipeline and contribute to revenue growth. The focus will be working with our Latin America and South American teams. Professional proficiency in Portuguese, both written and spoken, is required. Spanish is a plus; not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and prospect into target accounts.
  • Cold call, email, leverage Linked In & direct mail for strategic outreach.
  • Utilize lead generation tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach, LeadIQ, and others.
  • Act as a collaborative strategic partner to Account Executives.
  • Exceed specific daily, monthly, quarterly KPIs and pipeline metrics to support sales goals.
  • Conduct high-level conversations explaining the value proposition of the Harness Platform.
