- Responsible for driving revenue growth across global defense and military customers. This position leads strategic sales efforts for government, military, and defense-related programs, managing complex, long-cycle opportunities and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company objectives.
- Identify, develop, and close international military sales opportunities across assigned regions.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned with Order Intake (OI) targets.
- Lead pursuit strategies for large, complex defense programs and contracts.
- Coordinate proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Develop strong relationships with Government and military stakeholder, Defense OEMs (e.g., engine manufacturers, MRO partners, AND Strategic distributors and agents
- Act as the primary commercial interface for military accounts.
- Provide input into global sales strategy and product positioning.
- Work with Regional Leaders, Functional Leaders, and Legal/Compliance teams to align execution and support.
- Ensure adherence to ITAR, export controls, and government regulations while mitigating risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or military sales
- Proven track record of closing complex international deals
- Strong understanding of defense procurement and contracting processes
- Experience working across multiple regions (Americas, EMEIA, Asia)
- Requires strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of defense procurement processes, and the ability to build trusted relationships with international military customers, OEMs, and partners.
