Position:
Outside Commercial Sales Representative – Rockland, MA
We are seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to build relationships and sell our comprehensive line of commercial door products and services.
Responsibilities- Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our commercial doors and related products and services.
- Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities, solve problems, and provide consultative sales.
- Cultivate sales relationships with commercial and industrial building owners/managers, hospitals, colleges, K‑12 schools, and municipalities in the Boston area.
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
- Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
- Assess customer needs and sell technical and mechanical goods and services.
- Develop the scope of work for each proposal and handle all detail from initial call to closing the sale.
- Follow up quickly to close projects and participate in project management when necessary.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum three (3) years of outside sales experience.
- Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems.
- Experience with blueprints, plans, and specifications highly desired.
- Outgoing personality with a natural affinity for customer service.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
$60,409 – $90,613 USD
