Role Overview:

The Sales Development Representative plays a key role in helping

Invoice

Cloudgrow. In this role,you’ll prospect, qualify, and createnew sales opportunities by connecting with potential customers and buildingpipelinefor the Sales team. Reporting to the SDR Manager,you’lluse a mix of inbound and outbound outreach, account‑based strategies, and consistent follow‑up to start meaningful conversations.

Generates pipeline through consistent inbound and outbound prospecting, including cold calling and outbound campaigns. Executes account-based outreach strategies in partnership with Sales and Marketing. Maintains a healthy pipeline through persistent follow-up and discovery. Meets or exceeds weekly and monthlyactivityand meeting goals.

Tracks andreviewsactivity and performance metrics to continuously improve results.

Takes Ownership

Owns daily prospecting activity, follow‑up, and opportunity tracking with discipline and accountability. Keeps Salesforce updated withaccurateactivity and progress to ensure strong handoff and follow‑through. Partners closely with Account Executives to seamlessly transition qualified opportunities.

Applies coaching and feedback quickly to improve skills, messaging, and effectiveness

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of professional experience in sales, business development, or a customer‑facing role Hands‑on experience or strong interest in cold calling and outbound prospecting Comfort engaging prospects through phone, email, and Linked In at high volume Ability to understand basic customer challenges and explain how Invoice

Cloudcan help Experience working toward goals, quotas, or performance targets Strong time management and organizational skills Ability tooperatein a fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS environment

Base salary is onecomponentof total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The aboverepresentsthe expected base compensation range for this job requisition.
