Role OverviewAs a Partner Development Manager, you will lead the acquisition and management of strategic Financial Services partners, expanding and enhancing Snowflake’s ecosystem of application, data, and solution providers. You’ll help shape and grow Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud for Financial Services, engaging with customers and partners to drive growth.
Responsibilities- Create and execute strategic plans focused on acquiring new Financial Services partners and products
- Contribute to strategic planning of the Financial Services Data Cloud Products industry team
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high‑performing partners
- Engage with current customers to drive adoption of Financial Services products
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams
- 5–7 years of industry experience in business development, partnership/alliances, or sales
- Prior background in Financial Services and/or fintech; knowledge of ecosystem DaaS and application providers is a plus
- Strong verbal and executive presentation skills
- A deep understanding of business and financial metrics
- Proven self‑starter with initiative, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
Eligible to participate in Snowflake’s commission plan; total on‑target earnings of $236,000–$309,750. Estimated base salary: $165,200–$216,825. Eligible for Snowflake’s equity plan.
