Our client is a globally recognised dental implant manufacturer known for clinical excellence, innovation and ambitious growth throughout the United States.
This territory covers Worcester, Massachusetts and Hartford, Connecticut
, offering an excellent opportunity to develop existing relationships while expanding market share across two strategically important regions.
This is a field-based sales position responsible for managing and developing a high-potential territory across Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Working with private practices, oral surgeons, periodontists and group dental organisations, you'll introduce a clinically respected implant portfolio while building long-term customer relationships.
The role offers:
- Ownership of a well-defined multi-state territory

Autonomy to plan and execute your own territory strategy - Support from an experienced leadership team focused on long-term success
- Experience representing brands such as Straumann, Neodent, Bio Horizons, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer Biomet, Dentsply Sirona, Zim Vie, Hiossen, Megagen or similar
- Demonstrable success growing sales within a territory
- Strong relationship-building skills with clinicians, practice owners and key stakeholders
- Commercially driven, self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Well-positioned territory across Central Massachusetts and Connecticut
- Excellent balance of account development and new business opportunities
- Premium implant portfolio with an outstanding clinical reputation
- Uncapped commission structure
