Business Development Representative (Former Athletes & Veterans) About the Role
We’re looking for competitive, resilient, and coachable individuals to join a leading technology solutions organization as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you’ll drive new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building while working closely with Account Managers and Sales Engineers.
You’ll gain exposure to enterprise technology solutions across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity while building the communication and sales skills needed to grow quickly within the organization. Key Responsibilities- Drive new business development through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and Linked In
- Research accounts and identify strategic opportunities within assigned territories
- Build relationships with prospective clients and qualify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Engineers on sales strategy
- Learn and communicate the company’s technology and service offerings effectively
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline organization
- Present findings and solutions during assignments and interview exercises
- Strong cold calling ability and communication skills
- Resilient personality with comfort handling rejection and high activity levels
- Competitive, self-motivated, and highly coachable mindset
- Technical curiosity and interest in technology solutions and business impact
- Exceptional work ethic with the ability to perform under pressure
OTE: $90,000
