Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details
As our SW Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all sales operations within the region in the Building Materials industry. You will be at the forefront of driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who has a passion for business development, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned region.Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Conduct regular sales reviews and performance checks with the sales team.Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.Use your “hunter” mentality to prospect and secure new clients.Utilize territory management skills to ensure maximum market penetration.Conduct regular cold calling to generate leads and convert them into fruitful business opportunities.Qualifications
Proven work experience of 5+ years as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role in the manufacturing industry.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.Proven experience in prospecting and territory management.Ability to lead and motivate a high‑performance sales team.Strong organizational skills with a problem‑solving attitude.Excellent communication skills and ability to engage at all levels within an organization.Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, outside sales, and account management.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering customer satisfaction.Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field (desired, not required).Ability to travel up to 75% in NE territory (some driveable, heavy travel).MUST have strong experience selling custom‑manufactured building products solutions (glass or doors) to distributors / installers or National Accounts for the building of their own facilities.Other Information
