As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, cultivating long-term partnerships, and collaborating with recruiters to deliver exceptional talent solutions. Responsibilities- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and executive-level decision-makers
- Conduct client meetings to assess hiring needs and present customized staffing and recruiting solutions
- Negotiate service agreements and close new business opportunities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts while identifying opportunities for expansion
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements and exceptional client experiences
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve activity, revenue, and growth goals
- Stay current on market trends, hiring challenges, and industry developments
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within staffing or recruiting industries.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build credibility and relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated, competitive, and highly goal-oriented
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
- Clear path for growth, promotion, and leadership opportunities
