Overview

The Boston multifamily investment team is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial investment sales agent to join their team.

A current Massachusetts real estate license is required. If you have experience in financial services, insurance, real estate lending, or enterprise sales, you can translate your sales skills into commercial real estate investment sales with our mentorship.

Compensation

Full 100% commission‑based position as a 1099 independent contractor with unlimited earning potential. You receive a recoverable $50,000 draw, paid as a guaranteed monthly draw of $4,166 for the first 12 months. The draw is an advance against commissions earned through completed transactions. Compensation varies with performance, transaction volume, and market conditions. In accordance with applicable state and local pay‑transparency laws, the anticipated annualized commission range is $0 to $500,000+.

This role is not eligible for company‑paid benefits.

What You Will Do
  • Represent clients in the sale of commercial real estate investment properties.
  • Execute transactions from engagement through closing.
  • Advise owners and investors on pricing, positioning, and execution strategy.
  • Manage negotiations, deal workflows, and collaborate across markets.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of continuous professional work experience.
  • Proven performer who thinks critically and welcomes feedback.
  • Strong communicator with a track record of building client relationships.
  • Committed to a long‑term career in commercial real estate.
  • Real estate license required prior to start date.
