Outside Sales Rep
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Outside Sales Rep who loves the thrill of hunting new business and building lasting customer relationships. You’ll focus on selling hydraulic and industrial products to both existing and prospective customers.
What You’ll Be Doing- Contact and cultivate relationships with current and prospective clients
- Recommend products based on customer needs and applications
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing
- Research prospects and prepare detailed call reports
- Prepare and close sales contracts
- Coordinate product delivery and installations
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints with urgency and professionalism
- Stay sharp on new products through ongoing training and development
- Proven experience in Industrial Distribution and/or Outside Sales (preferred)
- Hydraulic sales experience (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills
- Solid ability to build rapport and influence others
- High school diploma (required); some college (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
- Mechanics Training
