Overview

Works on existing accounts to build deep client relationships to drive sales in target area/segment while leveraging solution selling skills to maximize opportunity value.

Responsibilities
  • Seeks new business or new product sales through new account acquisition and/or penetration of new buyer hubs and delivers against target in assigned territory.
  • Encourages confidence in customers through domain expertise, integrating knowledge of industry trends and personal experience to deliver value to customers.
  • Builds valuable connections within the client organisation using a network to facilitate introductions and unlock previously inaccessible opportunities.
  • Proactively thinks through customer workflows and how they can be impacted as a basis for solutions selling and cross‑business deal making, to improve contract value.
  • Conducts high‑efficiency, high‑output prospecting; collaborates efficiently with lead‑gen, account management, and other colleagues ensuring constant coverage of expansion opportunities and participation in the customer life‑cycle framework.
  • Excels in advancing opportunities through sales stages; exceeding close‑rate expectations by anticipating obstacles and late‑stage delays, preventing them from disturbing sales.
  • Handles administrative requests such as proposals, benchmark calculators and Salesforce‑related tasks to progress against sales goals at pace and with efficiency.
  • Champions the domain at regional level, mentoring and giving advice to peers to lift overall team performance.

  • Recognized for sustained performance year‑over‑year against sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $121,500 – $202,500. Variable incentive compensation plan available, with target variable compensation commensurate with the posted career stage. Benefits include:
