Head of Sales, Mirakl Ads – AMER

Lead the expansion of Mirakl Ads’ retail media activities across the Americas by building, guiding, and motivating a high‑performing sales team. Shape the corporate sales strategy, oversee its execution, and deliver on strategic revenue goals. Provide executive sponsorship for key accounts, handle escalations, and ensure smooth client engagements.

Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and motivate a sales team composed of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers.
  • Define global go‑to‑market strategy aligned with Mirakl’s objectives.
  • Establish solid relationships with key decision makers at the VP, EVP, and C‑suite levels.
  • Mentor and develop the sales team—including recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Support Account Executives by participating in client meetings and engaging required corporate resources.
  • Develop partnerships and increase the visibility of Mirakl Ads in the e‑commerce and retail media sectors.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and partners to build accurate forecasts and pipelines.
  • Report on sales activity and revenue forecast.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of proven success in software sales with experience in the retail media industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team of 10 or more people.
  • Proven track record of driving regional growth for a SaaS company through new client acquisition and effective upsell/cross‑sell strategies.
  • Highly business‑driven individual who excels in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish is an added advantage.
Compensation

On‑Target Earnings (OTE) range: $375,000—$475,000 USD.
