About the Role
Internal Advisor Consultant. Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, developing industry knowledge, and working in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Assist clients in investment selection with a consultative sales process.
- Partner with senior salesperson to develop a business plan to meet goals.
- Reach out to clients and prospective clients and respond to questions in a knowledgeable, timely fashion.
- Demonstrate an understanding of clients’ business, sales trends and portfolio features.
- Maintain notes on client interactions and effectively prepare for client calls and meetings.
- Research and communicate industry changes and trends that may impact company or product positioning.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proactive and high‑energy approach with a strong drive for success.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- 1+ years of experience in sales or financial services.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Licensing:
Series 7 (or SIE plus Series 7 Top‑Off) and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65 combined), or ability to obtain within defined timeframe.

Estimated base salary: $60,000 per year. Eligibility for variable pay via bonus, commissions, and/or long‑term incentives.

In-Office RequirementsOffice at least four days per week, with one remote day permitted.
