Your Opportunity

This is more than an SDR role—it's the first step toward becoming an Account Executive.

You'll work alongside experienced sales leaders and our founders to learn how enterprise deals are built, managed, and won. You'll own outbound prospecting, create new opportunities, and play a critical role in driving our growth.

For high performers, this role offers a clearly defined path into an Account Executive position, where you'll manage your own pipeline and close strategic enterprise customers.

Tasks
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone, email, Linked In, and industry events
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within sports organizations, stadium operators, hospitality groups, retailers, and venue management companies
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies for strategic target accounts
  • Learn modern Enterprise SaaS sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success, and our founders
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data using Hub Spot CRM
  • Continuously improve your prospecting approach based on coaching and performance metrics
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or another customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence making outbound calls and engaging senior decision-makers
  • A proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong curiosity and a genuine desire to learn Enterprise Sales
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, or another CRM platform is a plus
  • Interest in AI, technology, sports, hospitality, or retail innovation
