Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Seeks new business or new product sales through new account acquisition and/or penetration of new buyer hubs, delivering against targets in the assigned territory.
- Encourages confidence in customers through domain expertise, integrating industry trend knowledge and personal experience to deliver value.
- Builds valuable connections within client organisations using a network to facilitate introductions and unlock previously inaccessible opportunities.
- Proactively considers customer workflows to create solutions‑selling opportunities and cross‑business deal making, improving contract value.
- Conducts high‑efficiency prospecting and collaborates with lead‑gen, account management and other colleagues to maintain coverage of expansion opportunities and participate in the customer life‑cycle framework.
- Excels in advancing opportunities through sales stages, exceeding close‑rate expectations by anticipating obstacles and late‑stage delays.
- Handles administrative requests such as proposals, benchmark calculators and Salesforce‑related tasks to progress against sales goals efficiently.
- Acts as a regional champion within the domain, mentoring and advising peers to lift overall team performance.
Recognized for sustained performance year‑over‑year against sales targets.
Career Stage: Manager
Compensation / BenefitsBase salary range: $121,500 – $202,500, varying by geographic location.
Eligible for Variable Incentive Compensation aligned with the posted career stage.
