Executive Sales Leader

A high-growth, national organization is seeking an Executive Sales leader to join their team. This executive will own overall revenue strategy, strengthen go-to-market execution, and develop a high-performing team of senior sales leaders. It’s a true "think outside the box" opportunity bringing new ideas to the table while leading a team of Vice Presidents and collaborating with the C‑suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and execute the national sales strategy aligned with growth and profitability goals
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of senior sales leaders (Vice Presidents) and high-performing sellers
  • Drive new business development while expanding key enterprise relationships
  • Build and optimize the sales operating rhythm: KPIs, pipeline standards, forecasting, and accountability
  • Partner cross‑functionally (delivery/operations, marketing, finance, product/service leaders) to ensure strong client outcomes and retention
  • Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and negotiate high-value agreements
  • Represent the company externally with executive presence and credibility
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including leading leaders
  • Track record of scaling revenue beyond $500M+ in a complex, consultative sales environment
  • Strong executive communication and ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders
  • Data‑driven approach to performance management, forecasting, and process
  • Willingness to travel periodically (limited to moderate)
