Retail Team Stylist – Part‑time, hourly position.

• Learn, reference, and apply product knowledge to recommend and select merchandise based on customer needs.
• Establish, meet, and exceed sales and performance goals.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and expand the client book.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and upscale atmosphere reflective of the John Varvatos brand.
• Identify store trends, communicate them to the buyer, and seek opportunities to up‑sell and add‑on merchandise while enhancing the customer experience.
• Document and communicate customer requests and preferences.
• Provide exemplary customer service and problem‑solve to accommodate client needs.
• Assist with stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean and organized appearance of the store.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driven and enthusiastic about exceeding sales goals.

• High School diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a luxury sales professional.
• Fluency or conversational level in a foreign language is a plus.

$19.00–$20.00 USD per hour, plus commission.
