• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking
• Learn the logistics and transportation industry while developing consultative sales skills
• Manage client accounts and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client success
