Honeywell International Inc. is hiring a Channel Sales Manager. The annual base salary range for this position is 140k-175k, and the role is incentive eligible.

This role is incentive eligible. The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates. Post date: 7/2/2026.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, a candidate must be a U.S. person.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners by providing product training, support, and guidance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to channel sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
