About the Team

The Ecosystem & Customer Marketing team is Mirakl's relationship marketing engine. We grow Mirakl's market leadership by building, activating, and amplifying a world‑class ecosystem of customers, partners, and influential external voices — so that every relationship in our network becomes a driver of awareness, advocacy, and pipeline demand and acceleration.

The Role

We are looking for an Ecosystem Marketing Senior Manager to own and drive customer, partner, and influencer marketing across North America and Latin America
. This is a highly visible, cross‑functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, alliances, and customer success — and one that requires both strong strategic thinking and extremely detailed execution instincts.

You will build authentic relationships with Mirakl's rapidly growing AMER customers, activate a network of strategic partners, and identify influential voices who can amplify Mirakl's market presence. You'll work closely with the global ecosystem team to bring Mirakl's platform value to life through the people and organizations that know it best.

What You'll Do
Customer Marketing
  • Own customer advocacy strategy for the AMER region: identify, develop, and nurture a pipeline of engaged customer advocates
  • Expand advocacy pool that exists to develop more relationships across different levels within the customer teams
  • Drive cross‑functional GTM launches with AMER customers; lead end‑to‑end co‑marketing programs including PR, case studies, videos, and event speaking
  • Build customer relationships from the point of signature, introducing new customers to the power of joint marketing and community from day one
  • Develop and maintain the AMER customer story pipeline in collaboration with sales and business development — identifying gaps, targeting high‑impact accounts, and producing assets that fuel sales and marketing programs
