Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Junior Business Developer with 2‑4 years of experience to join our Intercompany Sales Excellence team. This role is designed for a professional ready to advance from lead generation into full‑cycle business development. The candidate will identify new market opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and partnership building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Generation:
    Identify, research, and map out prospective clients via incoming emails, cold calling, and personalized email outreach.
  • Outreach & Engagement:
    Manage a high volume of outbound activities to qualified leads, pitching our solutions and booking discovery meetings.
  • Client Discovery:
    Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points, budget, and purchasing authority, mapping them to our solutions.
  • Sales Process Management:
    Navigate the early stages of the sales cycle, leverage the global network of capabilities to provide solutions to clients, and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in our CRM – Scoro.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner with marketing to refine outreach messaging and work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.
  • Targets:
    Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and revenue closed.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    2–4 years in business development, sales development, or account management (ideally in B2B tech or professional services).
  • Proven Track Record:
    Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and email.
  • Tools:
    Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Mindset: A proactive, hunter mentality, with resilience to handle rejection and the curiosity to learn new industries.
Compensation
  • Salary: $75k + Monthly Commission
