Position: Outside Sales Rep - Payment Solutions

Overview

We’re looking for an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing ISV (Integrated Software Vendor) Sales Team and help shape the future of global commerce. The role focuses on converting leads to sales from ISV partners and self‑source payment opportunities in markets including Boston, New Jersey, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Tampa, and Houston.

Responsibilities
  • Convert leads from ISV partners and other self‑source opportunities into sales.
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including call notes, scheduled interactions, and contact information.
  • Achieve minimum production requirements, set first‑time appointments, and secure wins.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of current partnerships, product/service portfolio, and industry developments.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leadership.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Incentive‑driven sales "hunter" and "closer" with high sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
  • Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face client interactions.
  • Availability to be in the field at least 75% of the time.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and partner‑management skills.
  • At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license for regular driving to client sites.
  • Resident in the area relative to the job posting location.
Bonus
  • Knowledge of Automotive, Medical, and Specialty Retail industries.
  • Prior experience in a B2B sales role.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.
Team

The ISV Sales Team collaborates with Software Vendor Partners to sell payment solutions, using prospecting and presentation skills both in person and over the phone. The team emphasizes inclusivity, fast sales cycles, and global collaboration.

Compensation

Annual On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+
Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000
Residual income and monthly/quarterly bonuses are available for exceeding quotas.
