Lease Hub is a fast‑growing real estate technology company helping property management teams automate leasing, streamline operations, and reduce vacancy. Our platform is used by property managers, landlords, brokers, and multifamily operators in Boston. We are actively hiring 1 BDR who is confident on the phone, comfortable with fast‑paced outbound work, and motivated by clear KPIs. This will be founder‑led sales, where you will set demo appointments for the CEO.
All activities will be logged in the CRM, Hub Spot. If you can make 70+ cold touches/day to U.S.
-based real estate professionals and handle conversations across time zones, you’ll thrive here.
- Make a minimum of 70 outbound cold touches daily to U.S. property managers, leasing teams, and real estate professionals. This includes outbound SMS texting + emails.
- Communicate confidently in English with excellent phone clarity and pacing.
- Use scripts and talk tracks while also adjusting based on the conversation.
- Book qualified meetings for the CEO.
- Maintain clean CRM records.
- Hit weekly and monthly quotas for calls, conversions, and meetings booked.
- Follow a structured schedule aligning with U.S. time zones (typically EST).
- Collaborate with leadership and learn U.S. real estate terminology and workflows.
- Strong spoken English (neutral or near‑neutral accent required; confidence on the phone is essential).
- Comfortable making 70–100+ cold calls per day.
- Experience in BDR/SDR, call centers, outbound sales, or real estate appointment‑setting.
- Ability to work during U.S. hours (full or partial overlap required).
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated by targets and commissions.
- Bonus:
Familiar with browser‑based tech stacks such as Google Drive, Whats App, Google Voice, Linked In, etc. - Bonus:
Experience calling into the U.S. market or property management sector. - Bonus:
Familiarity with multifamily, leasing, operations, or prop‑tech.

- LATAM:
Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina—strong overlap with U.S. hours. - Europe/Africa: U.K., Portugal, Romania, South Africa—midday alignment.
- Asia:
Philippines, India, Pakistan—night shift or split‑shift availability.
