Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone, email, Linked In, and industry events
- Identify and engage decision-makers within sports organizations, stadium operators, hospitality groups, retailers, and venue management companies
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team
- Develop personalized outreach strategies for strategic target accounts
- Learn modern Enterprise SaaS sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques
- Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success, and our founders
- Maintain accurate pipeline data using Hub Spot CRM
- Continuously improve your prospecting approach based on coaching and performance metrics
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or another customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence making outbound calls and engaging senior decision-makers
- A proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong curiosity and a genuine desire to learn Enterprise Sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, or another CRM platform is a plus
- Interest in AI, technology, sports, hospitality, or retail innovation
