We are looking for an activity‑driven "hunter" to build the foundation of a serious sales career with a rapidly scaling SaaS data protection leader. In this hybrid role based in Boston, you will own the front end of the sales cycle, executing a high‑volume allbound motion to turn cold outreach and inbound leads into qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team.

You bring the competitive discipline and coachability, and we provide a $75 K base salary with a clear path to a $110 K year‑one OTE. - Drive new‑logo growth by executing a high‑volume allbound motion into target accounts.
- Nurture inbound leads and turn cold calls and emails into qualified opportunities.
- Own the first steps of the sales cycle and successfully book meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Hit daily activity targets to consistently build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate directly with AEs and leadership, participating in weekly call reviews, strategy sessions, and continuous coaching.
- Highly disciplined and activity‑driven mindset with the resilience to sustain high daily volume.
- Natural communication skills with the ability to hold real qualifying conversations and transition prospects smoothly.
- Strong coachability, ready to take weekly feedback and apply it immediately during the ramp‑up period.
- Organized and fluent in modern CRM management to keep the pipeline accurate without being chased.
- Curiosity to understand customer data challenges rather than just pitching a product.
- Sales experience (B2B, BDR/SDR, cold calling) is a plus, but competitive drive and athletic/military discipline are prioritized.
