Schedule:

Monday
- Friday Pay: $24 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity.

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
• Drive daily travel within your assigned territory (approximately 22-35 retail visits per day).
• Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams.
• Ensure feedback reporting is submitted in a timely manner.

Field-based position with daily travel within your assigned territory and a mix of in-store engagement, driving, and administrative follow-up.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, proof of insurance, and successful MVR screening.

• No weekends.
• Weekly Pay (Daily Pay options available).
