Chem-Aqua, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager in the Boston area to lead and develop a team of sales reps, support new account sales, and provide excellent service on existing accounts. The ASM will focus on training, performance management, and territory growth.
You will report to the District Sales Manager, spend 3–4 days a month with each rep, review Salesforce reports, and help instill the Gears of Selling approach on field calls and training programs.
