Associate Sales Representative - England- Enabling Technologies

Overview

As a Spine Enabling Tech Associate Sales Representative, you promote and sell Stryker Enabling Tech products to meet customer needs.

• Conduct product evaluations in operating room and office settings, demonstrating product value.
• Track territory progress and communicate findings with Regional Manager and supporting Sales Representatives.
• Use product knowledge to solve problems and instruct staff on proper use and maintenance.
• Manage and maintain sample inventory.
• Cover open territories as needed to grow responsibilities.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 1-2 years of medical device or B2B sales experience preferred.

• Field sales training and in‑house product training program.
• Base salary plus commission: $70,000‑$84,000 (plus potential bonus eligibility).
• Benefits package.
• Travel: 50% of the time.

Field-based: majority to 100% of time at customer facilities; travel within designated territory.
