Core Responsibilities- Develop & Implement Business Strategy
- Strategic Orientation: internalize The LEGO Group’s and customer’s strategy to develop differentiated joint business plans which deliver upon our shared objectives.
- Commercial Integration: innovate upon our go-to‑market principles to deliver a high‑coordinated and ambitious commercial & promotional plan covering retail, storefront execution, platform marketing and eCommerce operations.
- Drive Results:
Deliver on key objectives to drive sustainable commercial growth- Data‑Driven Decision‑Making: drive strong scorecard performance against traffic, conversion and retail KPI targets through an analytical approach.
- Planning & Operations: liaise with Partners in Operations to ensure execution of the business strategy.
- Relationship Elevation:
Deliver our customer value proposition through trusted relationships- Effective Negotiation & Selling: leverage a data‑driven approach to negotiate trade agreements.
- Drive Shared Innovation Agenda: apply insights to develop a test‑and‑learn agenda for future growth.
- Capitalize on Licensing Partnerships: work closely with inbound & outbound licensing partners to improve opportunities.
US Channels manages key strategic national and regional customers, driving recruitment and active share growth for the LEGO brand. The team builds commercial capabilities for The LEGO Group and is responsible for driving the business in external retailers.
- Deliver on the LEGO Group’s mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow through new B2B channels.
- Deliver sales plans by driving commercial momentum.
- Align distribution strategy to meet shopper needs in new product categories.
- Pursue strategically relevant B2B channel opportunities in a dynamic market.
- Strong history of delivering results in current and previous roles.
- Consistently demonstrates individual and team leadership behaviors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated drive and curiosity.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Self‑motivated and highly organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Domestic travel required for customer meetings and trade shows.
There is no relocation budget for this role.

CompensationSalary range: $ – $ based on responsibilities, market benchmarks and organizational constraints. Full remuneration details, including benefits, will be disclosed upon offer.
