Core Responsibilities- Own the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to maximize retention.
- Build strong customer relationships and serve as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Conduct customer check-ins, business reviews, and value-driven conversations that increase adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Customer Success leadership to drive growth.
- Manage a high-volume portfolio through a combination of personalized outreach and scalable customer engagement programs.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, account data, and customer insights within Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Develop expertise in Deal Room's platform, M&A workflows, and customer best practices.
- Partner closely with Product, Solutions Delivery, and Revenue teams to advocate for customer needs and improve outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, customer communications, automation initiatives, and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Consulting, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage high volumes of work and multiple competing priorities.
- Comfortable owning business outcomes and being accountable for performance metrics.
- Excellent communicator who can build trust and credibility with customers.
- Naturally curious with a desire to become an expert in new products, industries, and business challenges.
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to figure things out independently.
- Enjoys improving processes and finding scalable solutions to recurring challenges.
- Thrives in collaborative environments and values teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Experience working in SaaS.
- Exposure to customer renewals, retention, or account management.
- Experience supporting business, finance, consulting, or project management professionals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Interest in M&A, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Financial Technology.
