Sales Manager

Trillium has an immediate opening for Sales Manager in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut! Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment!

This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a sales leader to oversee, support, and mentor a growing sales team. This position would be managing an outside sales team in a heavy prospecting environment. If you have experience in sales management or industrial sales, we want to hear from you today!

• Supervise all branch outside sales representatives
• Develop plans for future branch growth
• Work in a remote environment with travel requirements to oversee sales personnel throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Approximately 40% remote and 60% field work.

• 3-5 years of sales management of outside sales teams in a hunter environment
• Previous industrial/manufacturing sales experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• SAP experience is a plus
