We're looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused DSD (Direct Store Delivery) Sales & Delivery Representative to help grow our El Nacho® Tortilla Chips business throughout the Greater Boston area.
If you enjoy working independently, building relationships with retailers, and taking pride in keeping shelves full and displays looking great, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll DoAs a DSD Sales & Delivery Representative, you'll manage a daily route while serving retail customers by:
- Delivering El Nacho tortilla chips and snack products safely and on schedule.
- Merchandising products to maximize visibility and sales.
- Stocking shelves and rotating inventory.
- Building and maintaining attractive secondary displays and promotional placements.
- Identifying and correcting out-of-stock situations.
- Selling additional products and expanding distribution within existing accounts.
- Communicating with the sales team regarding:
- Out-of-stock items
- New product opportunities
- Promotional activity
- Display placements
- Customer feedback
- Providing excellent customer service while developing strong relationships with store managers and department personnel.
- Maintaining accurate route, inventory, and delivery records.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales, merchandising, grocery, beverage, or DSD experience is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- $55,000 base salary plus commission
