Senior Sales Development Representative

The client we17re working with is a continuously growing SaaS company that is looking for a Sr. SDR to help drive new pipeline. The company provides an AI-powered Revenue Enablement platform that
17s transforming the way sales and marketing teams work with training, content management, coaching, and digital selling  0340104 By bringing these critical functions together, the platform helps organizations improve seller productivity, simplify access to content, accelerate onboarding, and shorten sales cycles.

Role Overview:

• Primarily outbound, completing outreach across channels (cold calls, email, Linked In)
• Handle and qualify inbound leads
• Calling into sales and marketing at director and VP level at mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Partner with AEs to optimize territory execution

• 6 months to a year of outbound experience in SaaS
• Grit and grind mentality
• Ability to work autonomously and thrives in a fast-pace environment
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Compensation

• Base salary of $55k with uncapped commission and OTE of $75k-80k
