Sales Search Partners is assisting a growing Boston-area SaaS company in finding a Sr. SDR to build new pipeline. This hybrid role requires 1 day in the office weekly and focuses on outbound outreach across cold calls, email and Linked In, plus qualifying inbound leads.
Ideal candidates bring 6–12 months of outbound SaaS experience, grit, autonomy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Base salary is $55k with uncapped commissions and an OTE of $75k–$80k.
