PRE-SALE MANAGER Location: Greater Boston Area, MA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $75,000 Base Salary + Commission (Up to $15,000)

Our client is an innovative, high-energy group fitness concept featuring instructor-led classes every 10 minutes. As the company prepares to open a new studio in Burlington, MA, we are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Pre-Sale Manager to lead membership sales and community outreach during the pre-opening phase.

The Pre-Sale Manager will be responsible for generating excitement and building awareness within the Burlington community prior to the studio's grand opening. This individual will drive membership sales by developing local partnerships, executing grassroots marketing initiatives, attending community events, and converting prospective members into founding members. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, relationship-oriented, and passionate about fitness and community engagement.

• Execute six or more community tabling events each week at high-traffic locations throughout Burlington and surrounding communities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with more than 150 local businesses, including gyms, salons, coffee shops, corporate offices, and other community organizations.
• Respond to all new leads within two to three hours to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Build community awareness through daily social media engagement and local marketing efforts.
• Track all leads, outreach activities, appointments, and membership sales accurately within the CRM system.
• Generate excitement leading up to the studio opening through grassroots marketing and community outreach initiatives.
• Meet or exceed pre-sale membership goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Represent the brand professionally at all community events and networking opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum of two years of fitness sales experience required.
• Previous experience in outside sales, community outreach, or grassroots marketing preferred.
• Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement.
• Reliable transportation is required.

• Competitive base salary of $75,000.
