Enterprise Account Executive

We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth across large, complex organisations, selling a market-leading SaaS platform that powers customer and employee communications at scale.

This is a strategic hunting role where you'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature. You'll combine targeted outbound activity with high-value inbound opportunities, engaging senior decision makers and navigating longer, consultative sales cycles to consistently exceed revenue targets.

The role:

• Own the end-to-end sales process from initial outreach through to contract signature
• Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting, account-based selling and qualified inbound opportunities
• Build strategic account plans and develop relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
• Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations
• Work closely with Customer Success, Product and Leadership teams to secure and expand enterprise accounts
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through Hub Spot
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience closing enterprise deals, ideally within SaaS or tech.
• Proven success generating pipeline through outbound business development
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with disciplined CRM and forecasting practices
• Experience using modern sales tools such as Hub Spot, Gong, Clay or similar
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• $240,000 OTE
