About Userlane

Userlane is a software adoption platform that shows enterprises whether their software and AI investments are actually working. Our team works with some of the biggest names in regulated industries, helping them get real value from technology and giving their employees the right support inside software applications they use every day. Based in Munich, growing internationally.

Userlane combines Application Intelligence and Contextual Assistance for regulated industries. Application Intelligence shows where software creates cost and friction across the estate. Contextual Assistance helps people get work done in the moment, without training burden. We work with healthcare organizations across the US and Europe, helping clinical and operational teams work confidently in complex systems like EHRs and other core clinical and business applications.

Your

mission

This role leads Userlane’s go-to-market for US healthcare and life sciences. Most of our pipeline in this market comes through partners rather than direct outreach, so the role is responsible for building and managing relationships with EHR implementation firms, healthcare IT consultancies, and other technology partners. It covers both smaller, transactional co-sell deals and large, multi-stakeholder strategic accounts.

The person in this role sells directly and carries a revenue target. They own Userlane’s named healthcare and life sciences accounts in the US, from first contact through signed contract. As deals close, they document what works so it can be repeated across the wider US market. There is potential to lead a small team within 12 to 18 months depending on how the role develops, but the immediate need is for someone who can sell and build the partner relationships directly.

We are looking for partner co-sell experience and healthcare domain knowledge, rather than general enterprise sales experience alone.

Responsibilities

Named US healthcare and life sciences accounts, from first contact to signed contract.

Partner relationships with EHR implementation firms, healthcare IT consultancies, and technology partners, covering both transactional and large strategic deals.

Business cases developed with health system and pharma leadership, covering clinician time saved, training burden reduced, tickets deflected, and go-live risk reduced.

Documentation of what works as deals close, so it can be applied consistently across the US market.

Pipeline development and revenue targets.

Attendance at healthcare IT and life sciences industry events and conferences.

Your profile
Your professional profile
  • Partner or channel co-sell experience in US healthcare, including both transactional and large, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Knowledge of the EHR landscape, integrated delivery network (IDN) structures, and basic HIPAA and HITRUST requirements, with credibility with both clinical and IT buyers.
  • Experience selling recurring-revenue software or licenses priced on business value and outcomes, rather than billed by effort or day rate.
  • Experience carrying a sales quota at a small or lean company without a large marketing or sales development team.
  • Ability to generate demand in a market with low brand awareness, and experience working with a European headquarters across time zones.
  • Practical use of AI and automation to sharpen prospecting, forecasting, and partner enablement.
Your personal profile
  • Self-starter who can build a market from scratch without a large support structure, and knows when to bring others in.
  • High personal accountability for the number: comfortable being measured on outcomes, not activity.
  • Direct, credible communicator who holds their own with clinical and IT stakeholders as well as with a European leadership team across time zones.
  • Builds repeatable playbooks now, with an eye toward leading a small team later.
Nice to have
  • Life sciences credibility: familiarity with GxP, validation, and pharma quality buyers.
  • Existing relationships within the Veeva ecosystem or with large strategic healthcare accounts.
  • Existing relationships with EHR implementation firms and…
