Summary
Represent CELINE at Saks Boston by delivering exceptional luxury client service and achieving individual and store sales goals. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales and maintain long‑term client relationships while supporting store operations and image.
Responsibilities- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Use product knowledge to drive sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database and expand a client book
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and follow up on client needs
- Assist with shipping, alterations, housekeeping, store image, receiving, and inventory control as requested
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Computer literate and tech savvy; ability to learn and use various software packages
- Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
- Customer-focused service orientation and passion for luxury product and design
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
