Sales And Marketing Representative

P.E.A.K is a fast-growing marketing and sales firm based in Burlington, MA! We’re currently expanding our Sales and Marketing Team and looking for highly motivated individuals ready to kickstart or grow their careers in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

This role is all about face-to-face sales and marketing, talking directly with customers in a retail setting, helping them find what they need, and promoting the brands we represent. You’ll get hands‑on experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, all while working alongside a supportive team that’s focused on growth and results.

• Engage directly with customers to promote products and services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and management to refine sales strategies.
• Learn and implement marketing campaigns in retail settings.

• 1–3 years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
