We are fixing the broken Data Loss Prevention (DLP) space using AI, and we need a relentless, pure-hunter Sales Development Representative to build our pipeline from day one. In this fast-paced role, you will own the hunt—generating massive new business through aggressive cold calling and outbound outreach.

We back your competitive drive with a $70,000 base salary, a $110,000 year-one OTE

• Own the hunt: Drive massive new business opportunities through relentless cold calling, email, and Linked In outreach.
• Strategize & qualify: Prospect into high-value accounts, identify key decision-makers, and book critical meetings for Account Executives.
• Master the process: Keep CRM data razor-sharp (Salesforce, Hub Spot) and leverage modern AI sales tools to maximize output.
• Crush your targets: Treat your pipeline like a scoreboard—obsessively track performance metrics and consistently hit your meeting quotas.

• Former college, professional, or Olympic athlete, or military veteran.
• Relentless execution: You possess high energy, fierce competitive drive, and an uncompromising work ethic.
• Highly coachable: You continuously seek to improve through hands-on training, feedback, and repetition.
• Customer-obsessed: You focus on building relationships and communicate with power (excellent written and verbal skills).
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an SDR, acquisitions, or customer-facing role; we heavily prioritize discipline, resilience, and a competitive background over a long traditional resume.
