Senior Oncology Sales Specialist - Boston, MA

Territory

Greater Boston Metro and north of Boston, MA, plus NH, VT, and ME.

• Drive adoption and utilization of Puma's first commercial oncology product by achieving territory sales goals and supporting the approved oncology indication.

• Develop and execute territory business plans
• Meet/exceed sales goals, brand KPIs, and management by objectives
• Build long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, office practice managers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct compelling discussions supporting the approved product indication
• Use approved resources/messages to meet targets
• Explain product features/benefits using persuasive sales techniques
• Collaborate with internal partners (clinical nurse educators, marketers, account managers, medical science liaisons)
• Plan and organize promotional speakers programs with Speakers Bureau vendor
• Communicate competitive market intelligence to brand teams/management
• Monitor operating costs/budget and ensure compliance with company policies

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience
• Oncology and/or rare disease experience
• Proven results in competitive markets
Market Access or Reimbursement experience (plus)
• Self-motivated; resourceful/creative; strategic and analytical
• Strong selling, presentation, influencing, listening, and questioning skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset; excellent communication; superior clinical acumen
• Strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders

• Launch/promotion experience in breast cancer and/or rare disease products

Salary range: $180,000-$210,000/year; quarterly incentive and robust benefits package (base + incentive + benefits).
