We are a global CRO partnering with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies to advance innovative therapies and bring them to patients worldwide. Our commitment is simple:

We're looking for an experienced Director, Business Development to lead strategic growth across the East Coast US region. Reporting directly to the President & Chief Commercial Officer, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across Phase I-IV clinical research services.

What You'll Do

• Win new business and grow strategic client partnerships
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract award
• Deliver capability presentations, proposals, and bid defenses
• Collaborate with Operations, Proposals, and Executive Leadership teams
• Represent Linical at industry conferences and networking events
• Achieve ambitious sales targets while supporting long-term business growth

What We're Looking For

• Extensive demonstratable business development or sales experience within a CRO environment
• Proven success securing clinical research opportunities
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles
• Ability to travel as required
