Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor
• Guide customers through product and service options
• Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise
• Meet sales targets and earn commission using AT&T’s products and services
• Participate in community events
• Fill online orders
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work scheduled shifts between 9am-9pm, including weekends

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
• Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
• Flexibility and openness to change
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Ability to work 40 hours per week

Demonstrates strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships while meeting sales targets. Capable of working flexible hours, including weekends, to support customer needs and drive sales performance.
