Profitero+ is hiring a Senior Account Manager to join the Customer Success team in Boston. You will manage a book of 8-10 complex enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and adoption of our digital commerce platform.
The role requires strong client relationships, data-driven storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to translate technical concepts for leaders and drive renewal and expansion opportunities. Hybrid work with on-site presence in Boston 3–4 days/week.
