Sales Operations Lead
Boston, MA | Onsite | Up to $180K Base
Our client is a growing technology company seeking a highly independent Sales Operations Lead professional to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to a growing sales organization.
This is not a traditional Salesforce Administrator role
. We're looking for someone who understands how to use Salesforce as a business and revenue management tool and can connect the dots across Sales, Marketing, Product, Business Development, Finance, and Technical teams.
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue visibility for sales leadership.
- Serve as the go-to Salesforce SME
, ensuring accurate data, reporting, quoting, SKUs, pricing, and sales activity. - Coordinate information and follow-ups across multiple teams so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support sales leadership with weekly reporting, pipeline reviews, and executive-level visibility.
- Help manage channel sales operations
, including partner/reseller relationships, portals, programs, and processes. - Identify gaps, solve problems, and improve processes without waiting to be told what to do.
- Become a trusted operational partner to sales leadership and a key connector across the organization.
- Strong background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement Operations
. - Advanced, hands-on Salesforce experience
. Certification is not required. - Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and revenue visibility
. - Channel/partner sales experience is required
, including familiarity with resellers, integrators, partner programs, or channel processes. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A confident self-starter who takes ownership and knows how to push for information and follow through.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with sales, executive, product, technical, and business teams.
- Experience connecting Sales + Marketing + CRM + Finance is a strong plus.

Onsite Boston presence is required.
